STEP 01 — Send Your Resume
Message our WhatsApp number and simply attach your resume. That's the entire application form — no sign-up, no portal.
STEP 02 — Confirm Your Profile
Our system reads your resume and extracts your name, skills, experience, and a short summary. You just confirm it's accurate — or correct anything it missed.
STEP 03 — Position Matching
Based on your profile, our system matches you to open positions with a fit score and reasoning, so you can pick the role(s) that suit you best.
STEP 04 — Answer Screening Questions
You'll go through a queue of role-specific questions — one at a time, right in the chat — combining recruiter-defined and tailored questions based on your resume. You can review and edit your answers before submitting.
STEP 05 — Submit
Recruiters will reach out to you for further interview schedules.
